Bi’kahve Platformu sends marketing messages only through channels to which you separately and voluntarily opt in. Reading this page, acknowledging the privacy notice, or registering does not constitute consent.
Scope
Where a separate choice is offered, you may opt in to campaigns, product news, event announcements and surveys by email, SMS, phone or app notification. Essential service messages are handled separately from marketing preferences.
Consent records
If you opt in, we may retain the selected channel, contact details, timestamp, text version and necessary technical evidence to meet legal obligations. Delivery providers may process only the data needed to send messages.
Withdrawal
Marketing consent is optional. You can withdraw it using the unsubscribe method in a message or by writing to bikahveplatform@gmail.com. Marketing messages to that channel will stop. Preferences and İYS obligations are managed under applicable law.
